Study Tour

On 18-22 October, 2010 the CBGL project implementing partner SIPU International organized a Study Tour to Stockholm, Sweden for Georgian Human Resource Managers from different Georgian governmental agencies. The HR Study Tour is one of the key composing parts of the Human Resource Management (HRM) component of the CBGL project. The Tour aimed to introduce the Georgian government representatives to best practices of the Swedish public sector HRM and the Swedish framework for HRM support programmes. During the Study Tour, the members of the Georgian delegation, Georgian government employers responsible for Human Resource Management practices, met with their counterparts at the Swedish Parliament, National Police, Ministry of Justice, Tax Agency and other government offices.
