Training Activities

HRM Roundtable Meeting  —  On 1 December, 2010 within the CBGL project’s HR component GFSIS organized a roundtable discussion between the Georgian human resource specialists from the public sector and the HR experts from SUPU International.  This meeting aimed at assessing the existing practices and domestic capacity in the human resource sector throughout Georgia’s public administration in order to design and deliver demand-driven high quality training in HRM.  The participating Georgian HR specialists represented different government agencies, including the Parliament, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Probation and Legal Assistance.  The meeting went in an informal environment and proved extremely informative for the project team and the Swedish experts in the program development process for the project’s HR component.
