Workshop for HR Managers

On September 21-22, 2016 the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies organized a workshop for Human Resources managers headed by Swedish experts -Hans Norgren and Eva Falck, Consultant of Human Resources Management (SIPU International).

The two-day long workshop was attended by various Human Recourses managers representing various governmental agencies who discussed the issues such as corporate culture, ethics and values in Human Recourses Management. The participants focused on current problems and changes required in the abovementioned area.

 The HR workshop is conducted in the framework of the project "Capacity-building of the Georgian Leadership Community for Improved Decision-making and Negotiation Skills" implemented by the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies with the financial support of Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA).
