Public Lecture - "Enforcement of International Law Norms against Terrorism"

On October 3, 2006 Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies hosted a public lecture, intended for government officials and members of international organizations, "Enforcement of International Law Norms against Terrorism", delivered by Professor Andrea Bianchi. Andrea Bianchi obtained a Ph. D from University of Milan. He is a member of Graduate Institute of International Studies since 2002. His publications range from international human rights, international economic law, the law of jurisdiction and jurisdictional immunities to international environmental law, state responsibility and the law of treaties. The lecture was interactive, the alumni and fellows of the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies took active part in the discussion about different approaches towards International Law Norms against Terrorism.
