Public Seminar – “After the War: What Next?!”

On October 23, 2008 the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies, in cooperation with the Georgian Security Analysis Center hosted a public seminar: "After the War: What Next?!" The chairman of the seminar was Professor Alexander Rondeli, President of Foundation. The participants included H.E. Revaz Adamia, former ambassador of Georgia to the UN, Ms. Helen Khoshtaria, Deputy State Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, H.E. Eric Fournier, Ambassador of France to Georgia and Amb. David J. Smith, Director of the Georgian Security Analysis Center.

The seminar was attended by the representatives of the Government, NGOs, media, foreign diplomats, foreign experts and students. The panel discussion was about the period after war, what are the priorities after the war, what has been done and what has to be changed, what we can expect in the near future and what are the plans that can be implemented.
