Training Session – “Capacity- Building in Strategic Decision-Making: Lessons from the Asia-Pacific Development Experience”

From October 22 to November 2, 2007 the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies, in cooperation with the Sasakawa Peace Foundation (Tokyo), will be hosting the fifth session in the ongoing training program “Capacity Building in Strategic Decision-Making: Lessons from the Asia-Pacific Development Experience”.

The participants were selected from the governmental, non-governmental and business sectors, as well as from the academic and media communities of Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan.They have begun studying with a program designed to familiarise them with the development strategies of the Southeast Asian countries and to discuss the development trends of the South Caucasus under the direction of prominent experts in the field from Georgia, China, Japan, and Malaysia.
