The Graduation Ceremony and the Welcoming Reception of the National Security and Public Policy Program

On July 7, 2014 a graduation ceremony for the class 2013-2014 and a welcoming reception for the next cohort of the training program in National Security and Public Policy was held at GFSIS.

The program, implemented by GFSIS and supported by the U.S. Government, is designed to prepare analysts for national security community for careers as government policymakers in defense/security agencies, diplomats, non-governmental policy analysts and business leaders.

The key-note speakers at the ceremony included Dr. Alexander Rondeli, the President of GFSIS and H.E. Richard Norland, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America.

H. E. Norland congratulated the National Security and Public Policy Program graduates of the year 2013- 2014 and highlighted the role and importance of GFSIS in promoting democracy, fostering political and economic reforms and enhancing regional cooperation and security.
