HR Seminar for Public Servants

Swedish experts conducted a two-day seminar for civil servants on job evaluation and human resource management. On the first day, Hans Norgren, Tina Ekström, and Anders Johren from the Swedish Institute for Human Resource Indicators shared their Swedish experience with Georgian participants. They also talked about how the Swedish practice can be implemented in Georgia. The second day was completely devoted to practical work. 

Civil servants from the human resources departments of various ministries and LEPLs took part in the training. The seminar was supported by the Swedish International Development and Cooperation Agency (Sida).
