Meeting of Kakha Lomaia with the Local NGO Representatives

On September 12, 2008 the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies hosted Mr. Kakha Lomaia, Georgia's Secretary of Security Council.

Mr. Lomaia offered the audience official information on how the military conflict between Russia and Georgia started, what was the position of Georgian Government from the very beginning and till the date of meeting. He also spoke about the international reaction and possible ways of further development. Representatives from 30 Georgian NGOs participated in the meeting which lasted about 2 hours. The presentation was followed by a Q&A session and a discussion.
