Visit of the Delegation of Swedish Center for Russian Studies (SCRS)

On Spetember 6, 2017 the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies (Rondeli Foundation)  organized a meeting between the delegation of Swedish Center for Russian Studies (SCRS) headed by Mr. Patrik Juton, the Director of the SCRS and Amb. Valeri Chechelashvili, the Senior Fellow at the Rondeli Foundation.

During the meeting the parties presented the main areas of interests and activities of the organizations. They exchanged views on a wide range of issues, mainly focusing on the role and place of Russian Federation in the global and regional international relations.

Amb. Chachelashvili briefly overviewed Russia’s policy in the region and beyond as well as the history, current state and perspectives of Russian – Georgian relations.
