Zaporizhzhia Area and Donbas Area – South Heavy fighting with Ukrainian attacks and Russian counterattacks continued on the Verbove-Novoprokopivka-Kopani frontline. Ukrainians likely entered and possibly liberated village Zahirne, although details regarding this were dim as of the time of writing.
Svatove-Starobilsk Area and Donbas Area – North Heavy fighting involving Russian attacks and Ukrainian counterattacks occurred at many spots along the frontline in these areas without major territorial changes.
Donbas Area – Northeast Ukrainians continued to push east of the Klishchiivka-Andriivka line while repelling Russian counterattacks. Fighting continued within Kurdyumivka. No major territorial changes occurred in the area.
Donbas Area – Southeast North of Avdiivka, Russian attempts to advance in the directions west (towards Stepove and Berdychi) and southwest of Krasnohorivka were repelled by Ukrainians. South of Avdiivka, Russians advanced a little in the direction of the town. Southwest of it, Ukrainians counterattacked southeast of Sjeverne, reversing previous Russian advance in that area. Russians attacked in the area of Pervomaiske, within Mar’inka, and in the area of Novomykhailivka without major advance. Static shot from the Russo-Ukrainian War interactive map. Black Sea-Dnipro River Area Ukrainians advanced on the eastern bank of the Dnipro River from their previously established bridgehead near the railway bridge, approaching village Pishchanivka. They also attacked across the river to the east, likely reaching village Krynky. Fighting continued as of the time of writing in both of these areas. |
