Rondeli Russian Military Digest

This is a special issue of the Rondeli Russian Military Digestdedicated to the Russo-Ukrainian War, composed on the basis of numerous open sources.

Svatove-Starobilsk Area and Donbas Area – North

Fighting without known major territorial changes continued on the Svatove-Kreminna frontline, particularly near Kuzemivka, Kolomyichykha, Popivka and Ploshchanka.

Donbas Area – Northeast

Very intense fighting without major changes continued on the eastern outskirts of Bakhmut and Soledar as well as nearby villages.

In the north of the frontline in this area, fighting continued around Bilohorivka (west of Lysychansk).

Donbas Area – Southeast

Southwest of Avdiivka, Russians captured village Opytne. Fighting continued near this village as well as within nearby village Vodyane. Russians failed in their attempts to advance east and north of Avdiivka.

Russians made a limited advance in the northern part of the town of Mar’inka. Intense street fighting continued within the town.

Donbas Area – South and Zaporizhzhia Area

Heavy fighting continued within village Pavlivka with neither side being able to establish full control over the village.
