Rondeli Russian Military Digest

The Battle of Ukraine, Special Issue 94, from 12 December, 15:00 to 19 December, 15:00 Kyiv Time

This is a special issue of the Rondeli Russian Military Digest dedicated to the Russo-Ukrainian War, composed on the basis of numerous open sources.

 

Svatove-Starobilsk Area and Donbas Area – North

Fighting continued in various parts of the frontline in these areas, including on the line between Orlyanske and Kuzemivka, and the Ploshchanka-Chervonopopivka-Zhytlivka line.

Ukrainian attacks were reported east of Kyslivka, in the directions of Nova Tarasivka and Sofiivka.

 

Donbas Area – Northeast

Extremely intense fighting continued on Bakhmut’s eastern outskirts. Limited Russian advances there were followed by Ukrainian counterattacks.

Fighting was also very intense south of Bakhmut – within village Opytne and east of village Klishchiivka.

 

Donbas Area – Southeast

Fighting without major changes continued on the Vodyane- Pervomaiske- Nevelske line, and in the center of Mar’inka. South of Mar’inka and east of village Pobjeda, Ukrainians pushed Russians back a little.

 

Zaporizhzhia Area and Donbas Area – South

Fighting without major territorial changes occurred near village Velyka Novosilka.
