Rondeli Russian Military Digest

This is a special issue of the Rondeli Russian Military Digest dedicated to the Russo-Ukrainian War, composed on the basis of numerous open sources.

 

Svatove-Starobilsk Area and Donbas Area – North

Russians continued to attack at multiple spots on the frontline in these areas, including among others towards Synkivka, Ivanivka, Kyslivka, Novojehorivka and Makiivka. No major territorial changes occurred.

 

Donbas Area – Northeast

Northwest of Bakhmut, Russians attacked on the front between Yahidne and Khromove pushing Ukrainians back a little.

Heavy fighting continued south of Bakhmut where Ukrainians advanced a little east of Andriivka.

 

Donbas Area – Southeast

Very heavy fighting went on west and south of Krasnohorivka with Russians gaining some new ground.

Heavy fighting as a result of Russian attacks also continued along the whole Avdiivka front, particularly southwest of Avdiivka where Russians advanced a little in the direction of Tonenke.

In the south of this area, Russians advanced a little toward village Novomykhalivka.

Zaporizhzhia Area and Donbas Area – South

Heavy fighting with the two sides attacking and counterattacking each other occurred on the Verbove-Novoprokopivka-Kopani frontline without major territorial changes.

 

Black Sea-Dnipro River Area

Ukrainians continued to consolidate their bridgehead on the eastern bank of the Dnipro River while launching attacks towards Russian positions.

The resulting fighting occurred during the reported period on the approaches of the Pidstepne-Pishchanivka-Poima line and in village Krynky.
