Project Team

   

Khatia Shalamberidze is a Project Coordinator at Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies since 2017. In 2014-2017 she worked as Media Program Coordinator at Open Society Georgia Foundation (OSGF). She has over 5 years of work experience in TV Broadcasting. During 2012-2014 she was the Head of International News Department at Broadcasting Company Channel 9 (TV9).  In 2005-2008 she worked at the Georgian Public Broadcaster, Channel 1 as an International News Reporter. Besides her journalism skills, Ms. Shalameridze has a translation experience in various international organizations.

Ms. Shalamberidze holds BA in Journalism from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (2001- 2005) and MA in Media Studies from Aarhus University, University of Amsterdam and University of Hamburg through of EU-funded Erasmus Mundus 2-year Master’s Program.
