Donbas Area – North Ukrainian forces liberated village Dovhenke south of Izyum. Fighting occurred west and northwest of Izyum without known major territorial changes.
Donbas Area – Northeast New Russian attempts to advance towards Siversk were repelled by Ukrainians. Fighting occurred east of Bakhmut and on the eastern outskirts of Soledar. Russians briefly entered village Yakovlivka before being pushed out by Ukrainians At the southern end of the frontline in this area, Russians manage to enter village Zaitseve from the city of Horlivka. It was unclear at the time of writing how much of the village they had captured. Heavy fighting continued in the area of Kodema.
Donbas Area – Southeast Heavy fighting went on in the areas of Avdiivka, Pisky and Mar’inka without major changes.
Donbas Area – South and Zaporizhzhia Area Russians attacked towards Pavlivka without success. East of Pavlivka, village Volodymyrivka that appeared to have been taken by Russians in mid-July was reported to be under Ukrainian control. Fighting continued north of Polohy with unclear results.
Black Sea Area Fighting occurred in the areas of Snihurivka and Lozove without major changes.
Kharkiv Area Russians unsuccessfully attacked in the areas of Udy and Petrivka. |
