Rondeli Russian Military Digest

This is a special issue of the Rondeli Russian Military Digest dedicated to the Russo-Ukrainian War, composed on the basis of numerous open sources.

 

Svatove-Starobilsk Area and Donbas Area – North

Active maneuver fighting involving both sides’ attacks and counterattacks continued west, northwest and south west of Kreminna, as well as west of Kuzemivka. No known major territorial changes occurred.

 

Donbas Area – Northeast

Russians advanced a little between Bakhmut and Soledar, attacking Pidhorodne and in the direction of Krasna Hora.

They also advanced a little on the southeastern outskirts of Bakhmut, and within village Opytne where Ukrainians retained only the northernmost part of the village. Russians also launched attacks in the direction west of Opytne, and continued unsuccessful attacks on Klishchiivka.

Heavy fighting went on within Soledar, as well as north of this city where Russians attacked in the direction of Rozdolivka.

Donbas Area – Southeast

Fighting without major changes continued on the frontline in this area, including the heavy street battles in central Mar’inka.

 

Zaporizhzhia Area and Donbas Area – South

Russians attacked in the area of Dorozhnyanka (south of Hulyaipole) with unclear results.
