Study Visit of HR Managers to Sweden

On November 11-16, 2018 Rondeli Foundation organized a study visit for Georgian HR managers in Stockholm, Sweden in the framework of the program “Capacity-Building of the Georgian Leadership Community” (CBGL).

The study visit aimed at sharing Swedish Human Resources Management (HRM) experience and adopting the best practice in the Georgian Civil Service. In the scope of the one-week visit, HR managers from various ministries met with their Swedish counterparts who introduced the HRM principles existing in public and private institutions.

H.E. Ambassador Malkhaz Kakabadze hosted Georgian delegation at the Georgian Embassy to Sweden.

The program is implemented by Rondeli Foundation with the support of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) since 2009.
