Roundtable Discussion in Marneuli with U.S. Ambassador to Georgia

On May 29, 2009 a roundtable discussion was held at the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies’ regional Public Policy office in Marneuli. The event was attended by the representatives of civil society of Kvemo Kartli and U.S. Ambassador to Georgia, H.E. John Tefft.

The regional Public Policy Units in Marneuli, Kvemo Kartli and Akhalkalaki, Samtskhe-Javakheti, were established in the framework of the program, "Enhancing Capacity of Ethnic Civil Society Groups to Actively Participate in Public Policy Debate," supported by the Government of Finland since February 2009.
