Public Lecture of Dr. Matthew Kroenig

On November 17, 2011, GFSIS hosted a public lecture organized by the Caucasus Research Resource Centre (CRRC). The speaker was Dr. Matthew Kroenig, Professor at the University of California and at Georgetown University.  Dr. Kroening is a special advisor to the U.S. Department of Defense. The presenter spoke about the issue of Nuclear Smuggling based on his new book.  The presentation was followed by an interesting discussion. The audience expressed genuine interest in the topic. The attendees included experts, diplomats, GFSIS alumni and interns.
