  • Iran will have a sufficient amount of enriched uranium to produce a nuclear bomb by the end of the year, according to Israeli army intelligence estimates for 2020.
  • There will be a high risk of a full-scale military conflict between Israel and the Lebanese Hezbollah during this year, Israeli army reports.   
  • The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Rouhani, said that foreign forces should leave the Middle East. It is not safe for US troops to remain in the region, he added.
  • Protests continue in large cities in Iran. Security forces and Protestants clashed in several places. Some protesters were detained. 
  • Israel stuck the Iranian military bases in Syria. Syrian authorities claim there are no victims, as Syria was able to shoot down most Israeli rockets;  
  • Turkish aircraft bombed the PKK base (Kurdistan Workers Party) in the northern Iraqi province of Sinjar, killing at least eight militants;
  • Russia and the Assad regime have significantly increased the bombing of cities and villages in the province of Idlib. Civilians among the victims;
