According to the News.am November 4 report, the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs of the National Assembly of Armenia, Taguhi Tovmasyan, hosted the Chinese Ambassador Yong Fan in the National Assembly.
"The issues of developing Armenia-China cooperation in the field of human rights were the core of the discussion to promote the progress in the process of solving sphere problems in Armenia," Tovmasyan wrote according to the report.
She congratulated the Ambassador on the "re-election" of Xi Jinping as General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. Tovmasyan also thanked him for supporting the Armenians.
