Within the project - Roadmap to Kremlin’s Policy in Abkhazia and the Tskhinvali Region, the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies published the review - Who Forms and Who Implements the Kremlin’s Policy in the Occupied Regions of Georgia – A Roadmap. The Roadmap discusses who is involved in the formation and the implementation of the Kremlin’s policy in the occupied regions of Georgia after the August 2008 war. The present study is the third edition and reflects the changes that took place in 2022.
