Scientific-Creative Conference - "Judicial Problems in General Administrative Law"

On May 21, 2009 at the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies, in cooperation with the Faculty of Law at Tbilisi State University, was held a Scientific-Creative Conference “Judicial Problems in General Administrative Law”.  The scientific-leader of the conference was an Associated Professor of the Faculty of Law and Leader of the Enrollees Preparation Center, Irma Kharshiladze. Students presented some reports about gaps in General Administrative Law and possible ways of solving them.
