Visit of Experts from Central Europe

On November 26, 2012, a group of Central European experts visited the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies in the framework of an exploratory visit to Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia. The aim of the visit was to assess needs, define priorities, give initial inputs and build a core group of experts to support the prospective creation of a Centre of Excellence in Southern Caucasus.  

The members of the delegation were representatives of Central European think tanks and academia: Robert Ondrejcsak and Barbara Padrtova, from the Centre for European and North Atlantic Affairs (CENAA), Slovakia; Vit Stritecky, from the Institute of International Relations, Czech Republic; Beata Gorka-Winter, from the Polish Institute of International Affairs, Poland; and Andras Racz, from the National University of Public Service, Faculty of Military Science, Hungary.
