Meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey

On Februay 4, 2016 the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies (GFSIS) hosted Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey H.E. Mr. Zeki Levent Gümrükçü’s meeting with Mustafa Kemal Ataturk Leadership Program instructors and participants.

Ambassador Zeki Levent Gümrükçü delivered a lecture on Turkish foreign policy and regional security, the recent tension between Turkey and Russia, Turkey’s policy to resolve the conflict and the impact of the tension on Georgia and the region overall. The presentation was followed by Q&A session. 

The discussion was held within the frameworks of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk Leadership Program. The Program is implemented by GFSIS, with the financial support of Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA).
