HR Network Meeting

On April 18, 2018 Rondeli Foundation organized a network meeting  for HR professionals. The meeting aimed at sharing experiences and ideas in human resource management (HRM) issues for the representatives of legal entity under public law (LEPL).

Nino Metreveli, HR Chief Specialist at the Ministry of Economy and Mariam Latsabidze, Deputy CEO at Public Service Hall made presentations on the performance appraisal systems.  

The meeting was followed by an ardent discussion.

The event was held in the framework of the project "Capacity-building of the Georgian Leadership Community for Improved Decision-making and Negotiation Skills" and has been implementing by Rondeli Foundation since 2009 with the fsupport of Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
